Fairy Meadows

Fairy meadows is a hilly station situated in district Diamer of Gilgit Baltistan .It is called Jout in local language which means (meadows). Fairy Meadows is well celebrated among the mountaineers who are in love with mountains. They visit Fairy Meadows to see the mighty Nanga Parbat which is  9th highest  mountain in the world which is also known as (KILLER MOUMTAIN  ) and it is 8126 Meters  above from the sea level. Fairy Meadows have five features in one small valley which you would not find anywhere in the world. You will witness dense forest, dry mountains on the way of  jeep trek, lush green mountains and meadows, glacier, and the robust Nanga Parbat. Fairy Meadows lays in the Himalayan range. Fairy Meadows has a variety of adventures where you can have forest trekking’s glacier walks and trekking to the basecamp of Nanga Parbat.

Hunza Nagar valley no longer  needs any introduction in tourism sector as these two places have become the most popular tourist destination from last two decades. Hunza Nagar is located in Gilgit Baltistan. Hunza was ruled as princely state before the independence of Pakistan and its now a modern city with  its cultural values  and norms .Hunza has two historical forts Altit Fort and Baltit Fort where the heritage is preserved . Witness the mighty Rakaposhi mountain which is 7788 meters above from the sea level. One of the best trekking sides for the mountain trekkers who are looking for adventurous trekking’s. These two valleys are surrounded by Karakorum mountain range.

Skardu is a lush green and scenic valley with blue waters located in Gilgit Baltistan .It is located at an elevation of over 2225meters .Skardu is famous for mountaineering and trekking as its hold the second highest mountain in the world called k2, which is 8611 meters above from the sea level. Moreover, the lush green valley is rich with cultural festivals and people of this valley are so soft hearted that cathces millions of tourist every year. If we look into deserts we will find the worlds biggest cold desert in Skardu, where every year a mega jeep safari event is organized by the Pakistan government and by the locals .

First Day: Naran

  • Exit from Islamabad to Fairy Meadows
  • Ride on Hazara Motorway
  • A brief stop at Kawai Waterfall
  • Break at Naran
  • Kunhar River Rafting

  • Night over in Naran at Maisonette Inn or equivalent

Second Day: Fairy Meadows

  • Leaving for Fairy Meadows
  • Short stop at Lulusar Lake
  • Stop at Babusar Top and enjoy the enthralling weather
  • Sight of Ancient Silk Route
  • A short break at Raikot Bridge
  • Jeep track to Tatu
  • Trek towards Fairy Meadows (2-3hrs)
  • Dinner at Fairy Meadows
  • Be entertained by the spell bounding view of Fairy Meadows
  • Hotel Check in
  • Nest in Fairy Meadows at Raikot Sarai (camping optional)

Third Day: Beyal Base Camp

  • Hike to Beyal camp (13000ft)
  • Pitstop on the way
  • Night meal at Beyal Camp
  • Night over in Beyal camp (camping optional)

Fourth Day: Nanga Parbat Base Camp

  • Hike to Nanga Parbat base camp
  • Crossing through Glacier
  • Witness the snow covered landscape of Nanga Parbat Peak
  • Hike back to Fairy Meadows
  • Respite for photography and other leisure activity
  • Enjoy the twilight of dawn and dusk
  • Dinner at Fairy Meadows
  • Night stayover in Fairy Meadows at Raikot Sarai (camping optional)

Fifth Day: Skardu

  • Early Morning stroll in Fairy Meadows
  • Explore the lush Green Snowy Hills of Fairy Meadows
  • Enjoy the alluring  sceneries of  Fairy Meadows
  • Ride to Skardu via KKH
  • Cross-through Alam Bridge
  • Night over in Skardu at Concordia Motel or equivalent

Sixth Day: Shangrila resort & Shigar Fort

  • Ride to Shangrila resort
  • Visit to captivating lower Kachura Lake (Shangrila- Lake)
  • Visit to fascinating Upper Kachura Lake
  • Ride to Shigar Fort
  • Cross-through Sarferanga Cold Desert
  • Visit to Shigar Fort and examine the amazing valley
  • Travel back to Skardu
  • Night stayover in Skardu at Concordia Motel or equivalent

Seventh Day: Khaplu

  • Ride to Khaplu (3 hours)
  • Visit to Chaqchan Mosque
  • Visit to Khaplu Palace
  • Visit to beautiful Salling Village
  • Ride back to Skardu
  • Nest in Skardu at Concordia Motel or equivalent

Eighth Day: Deosai National Park

  • Ride to Deosai (2-3 hours)
  • Short stop at Buddha Rock Carving
  • Ride to  Majestic Sadpara Lake
  • Ride to Sheosar Lake
  • A brief stop at Barapani
  • Entrance at Sheosar Lake
  • Look into the suburbs (Deosai National Park)
  • Travel back to Skardu
  • Nightover in Skardu at Concordia Motel or equivalent

Ninth Day: Hunza

  • Ride to Karimabad, Hunza valley (5-6 hours)
  • Cross-through Alam bridge
  • Enjoy the scenic beauty while travelling along Indus River
  • Brief stop at Rakaposhi View Point
  • Hotel Check in
  • Night stayover in Karimabad at Hunza Royal Palace or equivalent

Tenth Day: Khunjerab Pass

  • Drive to Pak-China Border (Khunjerab Pass – highest road border in the world) (2-3 hours)
  • Sail through Ganish Bridge & ancient rock carvings
  • Passing through Pak-China friendship tunnels
  • Cross- through Hussany glacier, view of Passu Cathedral/Cones (above 6000) and Shispar peak
  • Cross-through Passu peak and Batura (world’s 4th largest glacier) viewpoints
  • Arrival in  Khunjerab National Park in Deh
  • Spotting of marmots
  • Arriving Pak-China border and be amazed by the natural environment and testify the snow in summers on a lucky day
  •  Enjoy packed/picnic lunch on Pak-China Border (4733m)
  • Spare time to Shop on return in Sost (Immigration/Customs point) for Chinese goods (electronics, watches, etc)
  • Nightover in Attaabad at Shishkin Inn or equivalent

Eleventh Day: Nagar

  • Ride to Nagar Valley (2-3 hours) along Nagar- River
  • Analyze Baltura Glacier and gigantic Hopper Glacier
  • Dig into  the beautiful villages of Nagar
  • Drive to Rakaposhi Viewpoint
  • Night reside in Minapin at Hills and Huts or equivalent

Twelfth Day : Naltar

  • Ride to Naltar Valley (2-3 hours)
  • Visit to attractive Satrangi Lake
  • Inquiring Naltar Valley
  • Travel back to Gilgit
  • Night Stayover in Gilgit at Rupal Inn or equivalent

Thirteenth Day: Naran

  • Drive to Naran
  •  Lunch break in Chilas
  • Ride to Naran through Babusar Pass
  •  Night over in Naran at Parhena Cottage or equivalent

Fourteenth Day : Islamabad

  • Leaving for Islamabad
  • Brief stops on the way
  • Reaching Islamabad

Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us.
Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression. (Mandatory)
1. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
2. Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
3.Use of violent behavior including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behavior, or any other act amounting to unbecoming of member are strictly prohibited.
4. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care .Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers etc.) shall be suitably disposed without polluting water sources.
5. The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
6. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
7. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioned of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
8.Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
9. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
10. On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group
