| Day 2 | Fly to Skardu in case of flight cancellation Drive to Chilas 12 hours, o/n hotel |
| Day 3 | Skardu rest day or drive from Chilas to Skardu 7 hours. |
| Day 4 | Skardu to Askoli, drive by jeep. 8 hours drive, O/N camping |
| Day 5 | Askoli to Jhulla, 8 hours trek. |
| Day 6 | Jhulla to Paiju 8 hours trek. |
| Day 7 | Paiju Rest ( today Porters prepare their food for the rest of the trip.) |
| Day 8 | Paiju to Khuberche, 7 to 8 hours trek. |
| Day 9 | Khuberche to Urdukas 4 hours trek. |
| Day 10 | Urdukas to Gore 2 7 hours trek. |
| Day 11 | Gore 2 to Concordia, 6 hours trek. |
| Day 12 | Concordia rest day or day excursion towards K2 Base camp. |
| Day 13 | Concordia to ali camp, 7 hours trek. |
| Day 14 | Ali camp to xhuespang over Gondogoro la 11 hours. 5490mts. |
| Day 15 | Khuespang to saicho 6 to 8 hours trek. |
| Day 16 | Saicho to Hushe, 7 hours trek. End of the trek. Farewell to porters. |
| Day 17 | Hushe to skardu drive by jeep. 8 to 9 hours. |
| Day 18 | Skardu to Islamabad fly incase of no flights drive to Besham 12 hours. De briefing with ACP |
| Day 19 | Islamabad CSS or drive from Besham to Islamabad, 6 to 7 hours drive. De Briefing with ACP. |
| Day 20 | Home bound flight. End of the trip. |
